A licensed massage therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy, Terry Grywinski brings nearly two decades of bodywork experience to his clients. Described by his teachers, colleagues, and clients as a gifted healer, Terry’s highly developed intuitive sense coupled with an incredible healing energy that flows from his hands offers his clients quick relief from injury, pain, and restriction occurring in the body’s vast connective tissue.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Terry began specializing in CranioSacral Therapy in 1994 following his training at the Upledger Institute. Terry noticed that by using this form of therapy, his clients often experienced spontaneous changes and remarkable improvement. The Upledger Institute, in recognition of the quality of Terry’s work, invited him to be a therapist in an intensive program for Vietnam veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome. On occasion, Terry works as an assistant teacher for the Upledger Institute and continues to upgrade his skills by taking advanced level classes.

In addition to specialized training and extensive bodywork experience, for over 25 years Terry has used alternative health, nutrition, and detoxification methods to promote healthy living in a toxic world. His diverse knowledge enables him to counsel his clients interested in living more healthful lifestyles.

Terry continues to focus on expanding his healing abilities to release pain, muscular tissue restriction, and the emotional trauma often associated with injuries. In many cases, his work stimulates the immune system and encourages organs such as the brain, heart, liver, lungs, kidneys and bladder to function more normally, naturally and efficiently.

Referrals 

As a respected proffesional with advanced experience and training in his field, Terry is referred by many medical doctors and professionals in the health field in the Sarasota and Tampa Bay area.

Two medical doctors who refer patients to Terry are Dr. David Berger, MD of Tampa (specializing in pediatric autism)and Dr. Mark Weinberg, MD of Intercoastal Family Practice of Sarasota.
